Plasticizing additive HEMIX GIPERPLAST PK

These recommendations regulate the use of complex additive for mortars “HEMIX SM*R” (hereinafter referred to as “additive”). By its consumer properties the additive meets the requirements of GOST 24211 "Additives for concrete and mortars. General technical conditions", refers to the type of plasticizing - water-reducing, is a plasticizer, and also regulates the stability of the mobility of the mortar mixture, is a stabilizer, has an air-involving effect.

The product is based on polycarboxylate esters, with the addition of derivative components based on saccharides and specialized substances. The additive significantly improves workability, makes the mortar “airy”, reduces the number of shrinkage cracks, increases strength.

The additive is used for production and manufacturing:
- production of mortars of M100-M300 grades
- production of plaster and masonry mortars

The use of the additive allows:
- increase the mobility of the mortar;
- obtain a homogeneous mixture;
- reduce shrinkage of mortar mixture;
- reduce the amount of binder up to 10%.

Depending on the requirements to the mortar additive should be introduced in the amount of 0.6% - 1.2% of the weight of cement in the finished aqueous mortar.
