Complex additive HEMIX GIDRO

These recommendations regulate the use of a complex additive with the effect of preserving mobility “HEMIX GIDRO” (hereinafter referred to as “additive”).

According to its consumer properties, the additive meets the requirements of GOST 24211 "Additives for concrete and mortars. General technical conditions", refers to the type of plasticizing - water-reducing, is a superplasticizer, increases water resistance (by 4 grades and higher relative to the control composition), frost resistance by 100 cycles and higher. It regulates preservability of concrete mixture mobility.

The additive significantly improves workability, provides early kinetics of concrete strength gain, reduces cement consumption up to 25%. It is a corrosion inhibitor.

THE ADDITIVE IS USED FOR PRODUCTION AND MANUFACTURING OF:
- monolithic concrete and reinforced concrete products and structures made of heavy and fine-grained concrete of class B15 and above, hardening under normal conditions;
- bridge structures and products with increased requirements of frost resistance and water resistance
Ready-mix concrete with increased requirements of frost resistance and water resistance

THE USE OF THE ADMIXTURE ALLOWS TO:
- increase the mobility of concrete mixtures from P1 to P5 at constant B/C;
- obtain high resistance to delamination of concrete mixtures and mortars;
- increase early demolding strength in natural conditions;
- reduce the amount of binder up to 25%
- increase the corrosion resistance of concrete
Depending on the requirements for concrete, the additive should be introduced in the amount of 1.2% - 2.0% of the weight of cement in the finished aqueous solution.

The admixture should be stored in containers at a temperature not lower than +5°C.
The additive is produced in the form of white aqueous solution of 100% concentration.
